"Hello and welcome to the team biography for the AIR Group. What is the AIR Group and why were they formed? Great questions and we will answer both in the next couple of paragraphs! I promise. My partner Jill and I are both real estate professionals in the Franklin/ Nashville area and the founding members. Between us we have about 20 years of experience. Jill has most of the real estate experience with 18 plus years as a local realtor while I come to this industry with 20 + years of management experience in Manufacturing and Small Business Ownership. We created the AIR Group, All Inclusive Realty, of Keller Williams so that people would have a Go-To realtor that could cover just about any need under one roof. There is so much more to real estate than buying or selling a home and we want to be the premier resource for those needs. We offer or have relationships with the following people/ industries: Property management, lenders, home inspectors, investor services, land services, and the list goes on. However, we will look at real estate as basically 4 pillars: Residential, Commercial, Investments, Property management."
